To strengthen our team at our Graz location, we are looking for a reliable and dedicated Human Resources professional.


You monitor all personnel activities within the company and independently carry out all HR-related operational tasks. In this role, you ensure a positive work environment for employees across all locations. You work autonomously while coordinating closely with USound management.

Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for administrative tasks such as data management, administration of employee benefits, and time tracking.
  • You prepare payroll, including expense reports, and support budgeting as well as communication with authorities. 
  • You take full responsibility for recruiting and implement measures for employer branding to enhance our attractiveness as an employer.
  • You oversee the entire employee life cycle, including onboarding and offboarding, and you create employment contracts.
  • You are responsible for employee development and organize training programs to support the professional growth of employees.
  • You lead HR projects, such as the establishment and implementation of a new HR system, as well as the planning and organization of HR events and employee gatherings.
  • You design and implement HR policies, processes, and strategies, ensuring compliance with labor law regulations.
  • You promote internal communication and act as a point of contact for managers and employees on HR-related issues, such as labor law.


Experience and Qualifications 

  • You bring a minimum of 3 years of valuable experience as an HR Generalist or Manager, ideally within a fast-paced, rapidly growing company.
  • Your educational background is relevant to the role, with a degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, along with any relevant training or vocational education.
  • You possess excellent communication skills in both German and English, allowing you to engage effectively with colleagues at all levels.
  • You have a strong understanding of Austrian labor law and collective bargaining agreements, and you know where to find the latest information to ensure guidelines, documents, and contracts remain compliant with current legislation.
  • You excel at listening to colleagues and understanding their concerns, making you a trusted advisor within the organization.
  • Your communication style is clear and persuasive, equipped with strong negotiation and argumentation skills.
  • You are a proactive self-starter, demonstrating initiative and the ability to manage your time effectively while prioritizing tasks.
  • You are willing to travel occasionally to our Vienna office, embracing opportunities to connect with the wider team.
