USound is a fast-growing audio company developing audio systems for personal audio applications such as mobile phones, headphones, earphones, speakers as well as other applications for the global market.



We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to oversee account management and drive sales growth. In this role, you will be the key contact for existing and new clients, responsible for building relationships, identifying opportunities, and managing the sales process, including contract negotiations and meeting targets. You will work closely with the technical sales team to ensure project success and provide feedback to product management and R&D.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main contact for both existing and new accounts, and lead sales efforts by acquiring new customers and projects.
  • Actively generate leads, identify new business opportunities, and communicate the USPs of USound products.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, managing accounts, contracts, and negotiations to maximize revenue and profit.
  • Lead the commercial aspect of projects while collaborating with the technical sales team.
  • Oversee and manage distributors and representatives, ensuring proactive CRM management and up-to-date project tracking.
  • Provide feedback from customers to product management and R&D, and align with technical sales for training to customers, distributors, and reps.
  • Participate in fairs, online events, and regularly visit customers to strengthen relationships.
  • Take responsibility for meeting sales targets in the defined area, ensuring effective sales processes and relationship-building strategies.


Experience and Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, with a good understanding of the B2B sales process.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Experience in setting and achieving sales goals, with a results-oriented mindset and strong analytical skills.
  • Deep understanding of CRM systems and their best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Highly motivated, with a technical background considered an advantage.
